About Lindsay

Lindsay Chu is a Clinical Embryologist and Founder of OVAHaul, built on one core belief: fertility is not random, and it is not isolated to the ovaries.

With a Master’s in Reproductive Clinical Science and years inside the IVF lab, she understands embryo development at the cellular level. She has seen how subtle metabolic, inflammatory, and hormonal disruptions can echo into embryo quality and implantation outcomes.

Her graduate research on lifestyle interventions in PCOS and IVF became the foundation for a broader systems approach.

Lindsay bridges embryology, functional medicine, and physiology to investigate fertility through a biologic lens. Her work is data-driven, investigative, and deeply personalized.

About OVAHaul

OVAHaul is a fertility systems optimization company.

We do not treat fertility as isolated lab numbers. We analyze the full biologic environment influencing egg quality, embryo development, implantation, miscarriage risk, and IVF outcomes.

Through bloodwork, embryo data, metabolic markers, immune signaling, thyroid dynamics, mitochondrial health, micronutrients, and environmental exposures, we identify modifiable fertility disruptors.

Instead of accepting “unexplained,” we investigate.

Through Lindsay’s Fertility Systems Method, we build structured, evidence-based protocols to optimize the terrain around the egg, sperm, and uterus before, during, and between treatment cycles.

IVF amplifies what is already happening in the body.

Preparation matters.
Systems matter.
This is fertility, investigated.
